How Important Is Golf Strength?
Golfers need a “wake-up” call. The touring pros are showing you firsthand how important strength is to power and even consistency. I want to clarify the type of golf strength I’m referring to. I’m not talking about the kind that entails going to the gym and weight training for 2 hours 5 days a week; grunting and groaning with the “muscle-heads”; and lifting heavy weights.
In fact, I’m talking about the exact opposite!
I’m referring to conditioning for golf that’s fun, easy to do, and gets RESULTS!
All you need is a golf exercise ball, golf tubing with handles, a pair of dumbbells, and if you’re looking for real power a weighted golf medicine ball.
Total cost? About $100. That’s it…and you’ve got you’re very own in-home golf fitness gym.
In future articles, I’ll give you some examples of simple golf exercises you can do in a matter of minutes, but will infuse your golf swing with power and distance.
