Swing Weight Training Aid For More Power

Just like the baseball player using a weighted doughnut, a golfer should use a golf swing weight trainer!

Our handy little golf training aid is ONLY $30 and can be used in many ways. Use it to improve your golf swing release. Your swing tempo. Your power. And even as a golf specific warm up in under 2 minutes. You’ll hit the first tee ready to pound it long and straight and be putting for a birdie, while the rest of your foursome struggles with their first hole bogeys.

If you’re looking for a fast, effective and affordable way to increase your golf swing power, speed, tempo and get a FAST and effective golf warm up, you’ve got to take a look at our Power Swing Weight Trainer.

Create Lag In Golf Swing

One of the keys to more power and distance is wrist lag. But, to create lag in your golf swing, your wrists must be both stronger and more flexible. Lag is impossible with wrists that are weak and tight. As golfers get older, the wrists get stiffer, and much weaker.

Wrist exercises that promote newfound strength and flexibility will enable you to create maximum lag late in your downswing to enhance clubhead speed and ultimately your distance.

Take a look at Sergio Garcia below. His wrist lag is nearly unmatched on tour. It’s amazing to see him when his hands are even to the ball, and yet his wrist cock is still almost full.

One thing to keep in mind is the amount of practice these pros put in to get their timing correct when it comes to such a “late hit” approach.

How Important Is Golf Strength?

Golfers need a “wake-up” call. The touring pros are showing you firsthand how important strength is to power and even consistency. I want to clarify the type of golf strength I’m referring to. I’m not talking about the kind that entails going to the gym and weight training for 2 hours 5 days a week; grunting and groaning with the “muscle-heads”; and lifting heavy weights.

In fact, I’m talking about the exact opposite!

I’m referring to conditioning for golf that’s fun, easy to do, and gets RESULTS!

All you need is a golf exercise ball, golf tubing with handles, a pair of dumbbells, and if you’re looking for real power a weighted golf medicine ball.

Total cost? About $100. That’s it…and you’ve got you’re very own in-home golf fitness gym.

In future articles, I’ll give you some examples of simple golf exercises you can do in a matter of minutes, but will infuse your golf swing with power and distance.
